The distance from local attractions felt misrepresented!!! Gym facilities disappointingly limited!!! Cold room conditions upon check-in were bothersome!!! Parking fees seemed excessive considering street availability!!!

The room was super spacious with a hot tub and had heated floors and a nice seating area. The gym was decent and had the usual cardio machines. Breakfast had good pastries and fresh fruits. The staff was very helpful with local tips. The area felt safe and quiet, perfect for a peaceful stay. Loved the comfortable atmosphere!

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed the unforgettable Bridges Cruise on the Douro river and relaxed on Luz Beach. The hotel was clean, had a nice atmosphere, and the food there was excellent. Just a heads up, there are no complimentary drinks in the room, so plan to stock up or buy some when you get there!

This hotel suits me perfectly! It offers great wi-fi, a friendly bar/lounge area, and helpful luggage storage. I still remember how the staff returned my forgotten earphones during my first stay. Highly recommended!
